Holiday Inn Express Edinburgh - Leith Waterfront By Ihg

The room was perfect, clean, bright, sound proof and nice clean fresh bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the linen fresh and crisp. Check in & out were easy & efficient. Friendly, helpful staff.

Had to pay £10 for parking which I thought was quite steep since we're not in town. Breakfast was mediocre.

Convenient, handy location close enough to Edinburgh for a family Funeral, restaurants, shops and of course the royal yacht Britannia and Leith waterfront, a short walk. Beautiful views of the sea and boating dock from brand-new rooms, hard-working employees.

Particularly good location right across from a big shopping centre, perfect breakfast. Reasonably sized room with a LOVELY view of the sea and boating dock.

All the staff members are polite and kind.

The bed was very hard.

location was good as it was just around the corner from the Kitchin restaurant. Breakfast was good.

we were disturbed by unsupervised children in neighbouring rooms slamming the doors left on the latch

Loved that the hotel was recently refurbished and had well-trained and hard-working staff who did n't know things or understand my request. You got great value. The room was good value for money and had incredibly beautiful views of the sea and boating dock. The full Scottish breakfast was plentiful with a lot of food. The location seemed peaceful to Ocean Terminal for a drink.

I found the hotel to be in an ideal situation for exploring Edinburgh, due to the excellent bus service from the nearby Ocean Terminal. There was ample parking within the hotel grounds. I had previously used Holiday Inn Express in other locations, so I knew what standard to expect. Many thanks.

The hotel did not have a record of my booking which I had made via the Booked.net website. Due to the hotel being fully booked on that particular night it took some time to sort out but I did eventually get a room.

Incredibly convenient for public transportation.

We found two bugs on one bed, and the mattress is very dirty. We talked your staff about this and she said that the cleaning service was not available at that time.
